Bring Precision to Every Batch at Litehouse Foods as a Formulation I Location Sandpoint, Idaho

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10:30pm, with overtime as needed on Saturday.

Starting Pay: $18.44/hour

Additional Pay: • 2nd shift is $1.50/hour • 3rd shift is $3/hour

What Youll Do

• Measure & Mix with Accuracy • Retrieve and prepare dry/wet ingredients for production following precise instructions. • Document the Details • Log every step according to GMP-because quality starts with great records. • Clean & Sanitize Like a Pro • Keep equipment, tanks, filters, and workspaces spotless and safe. • Check the Quality • Perform in-process checks to ensure every product meets our gold standard. • Stay Connected • Communicate issues, equipment concerns, and improvements with your team and supervisors.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED • Less than 1 year of experience • No problem - well train you • Basic understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Knowledge of FEFO inventory practices, ingredient handling, and batch preparation • Physical stamina to lift and transport materials • Visual/mathematical literacy to do it right • Awareness of safety standards, including hazardous material handling and use of PPE • Bonus if youre certified in forklifts, pallet jacks, or drum haulers (but we can help with that too)
