Job Title: Formulation Team Member
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Starting at 5:30 AM | 40–55 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Formulation Team Member to join our production team. This role involves preparing and handling food products according to recipes and specifications in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients following detailed recipes and specifications
- Handle and transport large containers (lugs) of red sauce and other ingredients
- Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 60 lbs regularly)
- Climb stairs while carrying materials safely
- Maintain consistent productivity during long shifts and extended workdays
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in a hands-on production setting
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working long hours (40–55 hours weekly)
- Strong attention to detail for reading and following recipes/specs
- English proficiency required
- Dependable attendance and commitment to showing up every day
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, messy environment
Work Environment:
This is a physically intensive and hands-on role. The work can be dirty and fast-paced, and candidates should be comfortable working in conditions where spills and messes are common.
