Job Description:
Esta posici\u00f3n es responsable de la limpieza manual y mec\u00e1nica de los equipos en el \u00e1rea de Formulaci\u00f3n, cumpliendo con los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad y calidad.
Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Raspar, cincelar y cepillar todas las superficies de contacto de los equipos de Formulaci\u00f3n para eliminar material.
Barrer, aspirar y retirar todo el material en polvo de los equipos, pisos, tuber\u00edas, etc.
Mantener un conocimiento s\u00f3lido del funcionamiento mec\u00e1nico de la L\u00ednea Suave.
Capacidad para recibir capacitaci\u00f3n en la operaci\u00f3n de equipos dentro del \u00e1rea de Formulaci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea Suave (Operador de Formulaci\u00f3n).
Capacidad para operar equipos de Formulaci\u00f3n.
Realizar Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).
Manejar productos qu\u00edmicos.
Mantener el \u00e1rea de trabajo limpia y ordenada.
Desempe\u00f1ar las tareas de manera segura, seg\u00fan se describe en los Procedimientos Operativos Est\u00e1ndar (SOP) de Servicios P\u00fablicos.
Usar un respirador durante toda la duraci\u00f3n del turno.
Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por la gerencia.
Cualificaciones y Habilidades:
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n en la operaci\u00f3n de montacargas y gr\u00faa a\u00e9rea.
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n en Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n en Manejo de Productos Qu\u00edmicos.
Conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de inform\u00e1tica.
Requisitos M\u00ednimos:
Educaci\u00f3n: Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (preferido).
Experiencia: N/A

El rango por hora inicial de Cambria para esta posici\u00f3n es de $17.15 - $22.66. Los rangos por hora se determinan seg\u00fan el puesto, el nivel y la ubicaci\u00f3n. Esta posici\u00f3n puede ser elegible para un diferencial de turno del 15%, que se aplicar\u00eda a la tarifa horaria base por todas las horas trabajadas durante los per\u00edodos de turno nocturno designados. El rango que se muestra en cada publicaci\u00f3n de empleo refleja el objetivo para las nuevas contrataciones para el puesto. This position is responsible for manually and mechanically cleaning equipment in the Formulation area while adhering to safety and quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scrape, chisel and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material
Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.
Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line
Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator)
Ability to operate Formulation equipment
Perform Lockout Tagout
Handle chemicals
Keep work area clean and orderly
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Wear a respirator full duration of shift
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout
Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
Basic computer skills

Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66 Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training
