- Must be a forward deployed engineer - we need someone who can take ownership of existing initiatives, develop solutions, and help get projects across the finish line
- Needs to understand architecture, sustainability, scalability, and AI-enablement
- MCP ((Model Context Protocol) related and Data Integration work is required
- Very strong Databricks Experience

- Strong Databricks / application development mindset.
- Doesn't necessarily need to be a pure Data Engineer, but should understand architecture, sustainability, scalability, and AI-enablement.
- Outage Tool enhancements and scaling.
- Additional Databricks applications.
- MCP-related development and integration efforts.
- Ensure solutions are sustainable beyond the current team.
- Deliver quick wins before year-end.
- Act as an extension of their team.
- Establish foundations and architecture that support future AI initiatives.
