The client provides the infrastructure, evaluation frameworks and real-time guardrails that regulated enterprises need to put AI into production, bridging the gap between AI experimentation and deployment.

Founded in 2021, the client closed a $19M Series A and is growing toward 100 people.

The Role

The client is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (2+ years): one exceptional individual contributor who owns enterprise deployments end to end, and one strong engineer who can build and lead the team. Both sit at the intersection of deep technical execution and customer delivery.

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end technical deployments for regulated enterprise customers.
• Deploy agentic workflows and LLM systems into production.
• Run hands-on Kubernetes and DevOps deployments in customer environments.
• Work alongside customer infrastructure teams and resolve difficult production issues.
• For the second hire: build and lead the forward-deployed team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on, customer-facing engineering
• Agentic workflow and LLM deployment experience
• End-to-end ownership of enterprise deployments
• Hands-on Kubernetes and DevOps in production

Nice to Have

• Regulated-industry or infrastructure background
• Consulting or enterprise SaaS implementation
• AI governance experience
