We seek an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role owns the full solution lifecycle from requirements through deployment and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Lead AI and GenAI initiatives from requirements to production.
Build agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, and automation solutions.
Develop enterprise AI pipelines and orchestration workflows.
Deploy solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD.
Implement observability, governance, security, and compliance controls.
Lead UAT, production readiness, and post-production support.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
8+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
3+ years delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions.
Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
RBAC, PII Masking, Audit Trails and Model Governance
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in AI or related field.
Financial Services domain experience.
AWS or Databricks certifications.
