These positions require a deep understanding of healthcare metrics, process optimization, and best practice workflows. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with executives and production staff alike, serving as a change champion in challenging scenarios. \n \nHere's what you will experience working as a Process Consultant Engineer Lead:\n\n Provide use case business case quantification by identifying the customer's business objectives and quantifying the benefits and ROI of use case implementation.\n \n\n Designs and optimizes consulting delivery processes in coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent execution of use cases in support of customer objectives. \n \n\n Leads and mentors Solution Consultants while ensuring alignment of team efforts with client goals and operating metrics. \n \n\n Collaborate with Solution Consultants to create product roadmap, future state process flows, and implementation plan. \n \n\n Supports the development of training and change management plans to drive the adoption of best practices \n \n\n Provides technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. \n \n\n Evaluates emerging operational and technical opportunities and assesses and recommends future use case business cases \n \n\n Proactively engages with customers and supports decision-making with data-driven insights. \n \n\n Ensures proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery. \n \n\n Supports the Solution Consultants with the development of sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs that provide measurable value creation and performance tracking for steady state operations.\n \n\n Travel up to 50% to engage with clients and stakeholders.\n \n\n \nRequired Skills: \n\n Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management including HB and PB Follow Up, Denials and Coding.\n \n\n Minimum 5 years in a management role.\n \n\n Significant experience in project management, process improvement, and implementation support. \n \n\n Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the conversion of technology and operations.\n \n\n Familiarity with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred. \n \n\n Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills .\n \n\n Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS & CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies. \n \n\n* AAPC or AHIMA Certified coding professional: CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT Required for the Mid-Cycle Coding Engineer Lead.\n \n\n \nFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $175,000.00 - $244,881.42 per year .
