An early-stage, venture-backed AI company is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to partner directly with enterprise customers in industrial sectors. You'll translate complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions, working closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to drive product adoption and business impact.
What You'll Do
Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation.
Turn operational workflows into product requirements and AI use cases.
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Define MVPs, success metrics, and product roadmaps.
Drive customer adoption, pilot programs, and account growth.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Enterprise Delivery, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Chemicals, or Refining.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
Nice to Have
MBA or consulting experience (MBB preferred).
Experience with enterprise AI implementations, digital transformation, SaaS, AI/ML, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
