Foundation Construction Manager

Anestablished and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experiencedFoundation Construction Superintendent / Manager to oversee deep foundation andheavy civil construction projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and thesurrounding region. Projects include highways, bridges, marine facilities,industrial sites, and complex foundation systems.

Compensation

$120,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually (commensurate withexperience). Benefits available include:

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday – Friday.

Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may berequired to meet project demands.

Projects are primarily located within approximately 1–2hours of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction withextensive deep foundation experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldpreferred
• Strong leadership experience supervising field crews,subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and projectperformance
• Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QCprocesses, and construction best practices
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managingmultiple priorities

• Reading construction drawings, specifications, and surveydata
• Construction planning and work plans
• Budget management, job cost tracking, and projectforecasting
• Material tracking, document control, and project submittals
• Change order and claims management
• QA/QC implementation and safety leadership
