Role Overview Foundation Fellows serve as strategic contributors across key initiatives at Foundation for Puerto Rico. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design solutions, and help build sustainable programs that advance economic development, community resilience, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Depending on placement, Fellows may: - Support strategic projects in economic development, innovation, research, or community engagement
- Design tools, frameworks, or systems that strengthen organizational capacity
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Support program development and implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Participate in leadership development sessions and Learning Labs
Professional Development As a Foundation Fellow, you will receive: - Structured mentorship from FPR leaders

Compensation & Benefits (AmeriCorps VISTA) - Living allowance of approximately $24,000 per year (paid bi-weekly)
