What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead your own crew while working alongside them to complete residential basement waterproofing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your day will include:

• Leading and motivating your crew on every project
• Planning each job by reviewing work orders and project plans
• Communicating with homeowners and keeping them informed throughout the project
• Solving problems in the field to keep projects on schedule
• Performing basement demolition and preparing work areas
• Installing sump pumps and completing basic plumbing work
• Removing and reinstalling toilets, sinks, washers, and dryers when needed
• Completing concrete patching and basic restoration work
• Operating construction equipment and company vehicles safely
• Training and mentoring crew members while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship

• Run projects confidently from start to finish
• Build a productive crew that works safely and efficiently
• Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Have experience leading construction crews
• Enjoy working alongside your team instead of managing from the sidelines
• Can confidently communicate with homeowners

• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Keep projects organized and moving forward
• Have a valid driver's license
• Can obtain or already hold a DOT certification
