Foundation Repair Laborer

We are looking to expand our growing business.

Classification of work includes:

• Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
• Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage, downspouts, sump sumps, etc.)

Daily tasks required:

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material
• Following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Must have a drivers license or state ID (reliable transportation to work required)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Workers must be punctual and reliable
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

Job Perks:

• Starting salary dependent on prior experience
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $6.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production (after 90 days)
• Starting wage will be evaluated after 90 days probation period. Most employees will receive a raise after 90 days of good performance.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
