The Founder in Residence program is part of The Founder House — a private, cohort-based residency in Medellín designed for high-performing founders who want to accelerate growth while operating in a focused, high-performance environment.

Position Overview

We are accepting applications for Founder in Residence (FIR) — a selective, cohort-based opportunity for venture-backed founders and revenue-generating entrepreneurs.

This is not a traditional employment role.
Founder in Residence is a structured residency experience designed to help founders accelerate fundraising, execution, and strategic clarity while embedded in a high-performance environment.

Selected founders will participate in an immersive residency at The Founder House in El Poblado, Medellín.

What You’ll Do

As a Founder in Residence, you will:

• Execute against a defined company milestone (fundraising, GTM expansion, product launch, hiring, etc.)
• Refine your capital strategy and investor positioning
• Participate in structured mastermind sessions and founder roundtables
• Develop and finalize key strategic deliverables
• Strengthen brand positioning and digital presence
• Build relationships with other venture-backed founders and operators
• Operate inside a performance-focused environment designed for deep work

Program Deliverables

All Founder in Residence participants receive:

• Investor targeting strategy
• Pitch deck refinement and IR positioning support
• Growth and GTM strategy sessions

We are seeking founders who:

• Have raised venture capital or are actively preparing to raise
• Generate $1M+ in annual revenue or demonstrate strong growth trajectory
• Are building scalable, high-growth companies

• Are coachable, decisive, and outcome-oriented
• Are comfortable participating in an immersive founder environment

Location

The residency takes place in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia. Founders operate from a private estate designed for focused work, structured strategy sessions, and performance optimization.

• This is a paid residency program, not a salaried employment position
• Limited cohort capacity (maximum 15 founders per group)
• Rolling admissions throughout the 2026 season
