You'll work closely with senior leaders in Finance and Strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to help shape how the company plans, measures, and scales. If you enjoy solving complex problems, love working with data and numbers, and want to build a strong foundation in strategic FP&A while getting exposure to real business decisions, this role offers the perfect mix of ownership, learning, and visibility. What you'll do Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across functions. Build and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses. Track, analyse, and explain business performance - revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and performance review decks. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research for long-term planning and special projects. Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and planning systems to enable faster, more data-driven decision-making. What makes you a good fit 1-3 years of experience working closely with FP&A or finance teams in roles like analytics, consulting, strategy, or business operations. Graduate from a Tier 1 engineering institute with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to financial modelling, budgeting, or forecasting is a plus. Ability to work with large datasets, structure ambiguous problems, and derive actionable insights. Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders. High ownership mindset, strong curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
