Our client is a VC-backed startup building computer-use agents for healthcare. You'll own the full sales motion, from the first conversation with a practice administrator to a signed clinic that's live on our client's platform and visibly lighter for it.
You're one of their first AEs, so you're not stepping into a finished playbook. You're writing it. You'll carry a quota and the pen at the same time: closing real revenue while defining how our client sells for the next ten people who do this job.
What you'll do:
Own the full cycle: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and hand off to a clinic that's set up to win.
Translate gnarly operational pain into a clear, honest story a busy administrator actually feels.
Run demos that show real agents doing real work. No smoke, no vaporware.
Build the GTM playbook the next ten AEs will run, from first-call deck to close plan.
Feed the front lines back to product. What you hear in deals shapes what we build next.
What we're looking for:
A full-cycle closer who has sold technical product to operations or finance buyers.
Credible and warm in front of clinic administrators and operators.
Allergic to hype. You win on substance and follow-through.
Early-stage energy. You build the process as you go and don't wait to be handed one.
Organized enough to run a clean pipeline without a 20-person ops team behind you.
Bonus points:
Healthcare, revenue-cycle, or health-tech sales experience.
You've been an early AE before and know what "first rep" really means.
A network of clinic and specialty-practice operators.
Our values:
High ownership: we do not wait for perfect instructions. We take ambiguous problems, clarify them, and drive them to completion.
AI-native: we believe the best teams will use AI not just in the product, but in how they work. We look for people who are curious, fast, and thoughtful about using AI as leverage.
Practical: we care about building software that works in the real world. We like elegant systems, but we do not over-engineer for its own sake.
Curious: we ask questions, learn quickly, and enjoy going deep on unfamiliar workflows, systems, and user problems.
Respectful: we are thoughtful and respectful to teammates, users, and customers. When we disagree, we critique ideas, not people.
Proud of our craft: we care about quality, reliability, and the details that make software feel excellent.
