Founding Account Manager

About the Role

As the first dedicated account management hire at an AI-powered legal technology company, you will own retention, expansion, and renewals across a growing customer base of law firms. You will build the post-sale playbook from the ground up and help shape how the company supports and grows its customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead regular customer check-ins, including business reviews for larger firms, and manage follow-up on product improvements raised in conversations.
• Drive seat expansion, term extensions, upsells, and renewals across law firm accounts.
• Support adoption of new features by communicating releases and helping customers put them to use.
• Build dashboards and automations to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities proactively.
• Summarize recurring customer feedback and feature requests to inform product roadmap decisions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience owning renewals, retention, and account growth, ideally in a growing technology company.
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage role and building processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Slack, RB2B, Leadpipe, Zapier, n8n, and Claude Code.
• Interest in AI/ML and experience serving law firms or other professional-services customers are relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $104,000 to $144,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
