Our client is a seed-stage fintech building a CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange to trade GPU compute — on the same regulatory footing as licensed futures exchanges like the CME. It buys GPU hours from neoclouds and resells them to startups in its network, while building the software infrastructure to make compute procurement programmable and liquid. It's a six-person team with futures-exchange licensing in process.
