In this high-impact role, you will work on the East Coast US or Europe as part of a small, elite team that bridges engineering and customer deployment. You'll collaborate with global colleagues to address AI reliability and deployment on a grand scale, serving 34 clients. Your tasks will span debugging, integrating AI systems, and translating customer challenges into feedback for continuous product improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solve complex deployment hurdles across diversified environments, adapting to operational and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to implement AI systems with robust frameworks and workflows
- Craft seamless integrations for AI workflows across APIs and enterprise infrastructures
- Translate deployment issues into actionable insights for internal teams
- Engage with customer stakeholders on AI governance and approval processes

**Qualifications:**
- 3-8 years of professional experience post-bachelor's (1+ year post-master's is acceptable)
- Expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, APIs, and integration engineering
- Background in infrastructure or DevOps engineering, preferably from startups or solution firms
- Experience in customer-facing roles, interacting with engineering, security, and compliance teams
- Proficient in scripting with an ability to write and comprehend clean code
- Independent, able to navigate complex environments
- East Coast USA or UK location with flexibility for evening calls to collaborate globally
