What You Will Do
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
Collaborate with leadership to define hiring strategies that align with company growth objectives.
Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Implement innovative recruiting techniques to engage passive candidates and diversify talent pools.
Analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve overall hiring efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics, AI, or B2B environments.
Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions in fast-paced settings.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, particularly in the logistics or technology sectors.

Compensation and Benefits
