Our organization is establishing a new network of fertility clinics aimed at providing high-quality IVF and egg freezing services at significantly more affordable prices.

About Us

Infertility impacts approximately 1 in 6 couples, yet only a fraction of those who could benefit from treatment actually receive it, primarily due to financial constraints. The average cost of an IVF cycle in the United States can exceed $25,000, making it inaccessible for many families.

Our mission is to transform this landscape.

We are reimagining the fertility clinic model by implementing standardized clinical protocols, highly efficient IVF laboratories, and technology-driven workflows. Our objective is to provide high-quality IVF at a much more accessible price, thereby broadening access to fertility care for numerous families.

Co-founded by a nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist with over 30 years of experience and an entrepreneur with expertise in finance, technology, and real estate, we are launching our first flagship clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, with aspirations to create a national network of fertility clinics.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a Clinical Fertility Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join us as a founding physician and contribute to the establishment of our clinical foundation.

This position is ideal for a general OB/GYN eager to gain in-depth knowledge in fertility medicine and IVF care while actively practicing in a high-volume clinical setting. You will be a key on-site fertility physician, overseeing daily patient care and collaborating closely with our experienced IVF clinical and laboratory teams.

Through a structured, hands-on training program integrated into your clinical duties, you will acquire expertise in fertility evaluation, treatment planning, cycle management, and essential assisted reproductive techniques. This role provides OB/GYN physicians with a unique chance to specialize in fertility medicine and IVF without the need for a traditional REI fellowship, all while working alongside a leading expert in the field.

As a founding physician, you will also play a crucial role in shaping clinical workflows, enhancing patient experiences, and developing operational systems as we establish our first clinic in a national fertility network.

Training & Clinical Development

Your training will be directly integrated into your clinical practice, guided by a structured framework developed by our co-founder. Your development pathway will encompass:

  • Stepwise training in fertility evaluation and ultrasound monitoring
  • Training in cycle management and stimulation protocols
  • Training in ART procedures, including egg retrievals and embryo transfers
  • Supervised participation in egg retrieval procedures
  • Real-time case reviews and cycle planning with the supervising REI
  • Protocol-based care with clear escalation pathways for complex cases

This approach enables physicians to swiftly gain confidence and competence in fertility medicine while actively caring for patients.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct new patient fertility consultations and evaluations
  • Manage patients throughout fertility treatment cycles, including stimulation monitoring
  • Implement established IVF stimulation and fertility preservation protocols
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff and embryology laboratory teams
  • Perform or assist with office-based reproductive procedures
  • Communicate treatment plans, results, and next steps with patients
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical workflows and protocols as the network expands
Who This Role Is For

We are looking for physicians who are passionate about clinical excellence and eager to help build something innovative. Ideal candidates will be:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYNs
  • Enthusiastic about women's health and reproductive medicine
  • Motivated learners who appreciate structured training and skill development
  • Comfortable working within protocol-driven clinical systems
  • Strong communicators who can build trust with patients during emotionally complex journeys
  • Interested in contributing to the establishment of a new national fertility platform

Prior experience in fertility is not a prerequisite.

Why This Role Is Unique

Many fertility clinics only hire physicians who have completed REI fellowships, creating a significant barrier to entry in the field. This position offers an alternative pathway.

Through hands-on mentorship, you will gain practical experience in fertility medicine while actively practicing as a physician in a modern IVF clinic. You will also have the opportunity to join at the inception of a new fertility platform, with potential for leadership roles as the network grows nationally.

Compensation & Benefits

Target Cash Compensation:
$300,000 - $400,000+ annually (base salary plus performance incentives)

Additional benefits include:

  • Network-level equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Paid time off
  • CME allowance
  • Relocation assistance (if applicable)

As our organization expands into a national clinic network, physicians will have the chance to engage in long-term leadership and growth opportunities.

Lifestyle & Schedule
  • No obstetrics coverage required
  • Outpatient fertility practice with predictable clinic hours
  • Collaborative, team-based care supported by dedicated nursing and embryology staff
