What You Will Do

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance design processes and improve user interaction.
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product offerings.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in design.
• Experience in the fintech or data-driven sectors.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $150K, with equity options between 0% and 1%. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking platform while being part of a passionate and innovative team.
