• $160,000–$260,000 base salary

About this Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join as one of the first engineers at a well-funded AI platform for data reliability on systems of record. You'll work directly with the CTO to build the platform from scratch, talk directly to customers, and have significant ownership over product and architecture decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build the core platform from scratch with full ownership over architecture and product decisions.

• Interface directly with customers to understand their problems, gather feedback, and design solutions.

• Ship end-to-end features (backend-heavy with some frontend) that non-technical users can actually use.

• Use AI-native development tools extensively to write production code.

• Help define the product roadmap and engineering culture as one of the first hires.

Experience

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.

• Background in backend or full-stack engineering.

Tech Stack

Python, React, Next.js, AI/LLMs, LangChain / LangSmith, Vercel

Work Arrangement

• 5 days per week in the office in New York City.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.
