Compensation: $170k - $225k + Equity (0.75% - 1.25%)

About the Role
This is your chance to be a founding engineer at a stealth AI startup redefining video creation and collaboration. We’re looking for ambitious engineers with a founder mindset who want to own products, design AI workflows, and build new tools that don’t exist yet.

You’ll work in a high-impact, small, and talent-dense team iterating rapidly with users, pushing the boundaries of AI pipelines, real-time collaboration, and video/graphics rendering.

What You Will Do

• Build & Ship Fast – Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features across web and AI-powered pipelines.

• AI-Enhanced Video – Implement real-time Figma-style collaboration and reasoning-heavy video/graphics systems.

• Prototype New AI Systems – Explore frontier diffusion models, reasoning models, and data-driven evaluation pipelines.

• Server & Graphics Optimization – Extend and optimize backend video/graphics rendering.

• Shaders & Visual Effects – Write WebGL shaders for advanced graphics and special effects.

• End-to-End Ownership – Take responsibility across front-end, back-end, and AI systems to deliver high-quality production-ready solutions.

What Will You Bring

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally in early-stage startups.

• Expertise in React and modern web frameworks.

• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and novel media technologies.

• Ability to ship production-ready code rapidly while maintaining quality.

• Creative problem-solving skills and comfort experimenting with new technologies.

• Passion for building products from 01 in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
