What You Will Do

• Design and develop full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to implement machine learning algorithms that optimize business processes.
• Build and maintain scalable and robust software solutions that support enterprise-level applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless application performance.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the engineering team to foster a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying web applications in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $200K, with equity options between 0.5% and 1.5%. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team that is shaping the future of AI in the manufacturing sector.
