Ceno is building the neobank for the US-to-Asia corridor: one account where Americans invest in global equities, hold and move money between USD and local currencies, and run a financial life that spans continents.

We're starting with the hardest and most valuable piece: a retail brokerage that gives US investors direct access to international equities, with USD in, USD out and FX, custody, KYC, and tax reporting handled invisibly by an AI-native, agentic back end. Our first markets are Korea and Japan, chosen for deep investor demand and a regulatory opening in Korea that gives overseas brokers direct market access for the first time. From there the map expands, market by market, until the world's equities sit on one shelf. 

The product promise is true localization: buying any global equity feels exactly like trading the US markets, with the research, filings, and news that local investors trade on translated and delivered in real time by our AI research engine. As the map grows, stablecoin-enabled settlement will move money across borders in minutes instead of days. The AAPI community is our beachhead; US retail is the market. 

Ceno's founding team brings experience from Citadel and building a global technology company from inception through IPO, with academic backgrounds from Princeton and Harvard Business School. The people joining Ceno now will be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team building from the ground up. They're walking into the moment when everything gets built — the platform, the team, the culture, the category. This is an opportunity to take real ownership and have a direct impact on a market that matters. 

What you will do

• Own the growth engine end to end, from first impression to funded account, and analytics: report funded accounts, cost per acquisition, activation, and channel performance to the CEO and team.
• Own acquisition across every channel. Paid, organic, referral, partnerships, lifecycle, and whatever opens up next. You get the channels going, use real attribution and experiments to find the ones that work, and put your weight behind those.
• Build Ceno's voice and channel strategy across short video, social, and newsletter, on top of our existing brand system. 
• Direct the pipeline and manage the creators, advisors, and UGC partners who produce it, setting the brief, the voice per platform, and the quality bar. 
• Make and ship content yourself: writing, short video, and social-native formats, at founding-team pace. 
• Work cross-functionally with the team to bring campaigns and results to life.

Who we are looking for

Must-have

• 5 to 10+ years in growth and content marketing, with strong consumer tech growth experience. You've owned the full content-to-acquisition funnel, and understand both creator/content marketing and performance marketing. 
• Deep knowledge of paid media, measurement, and performance marketing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Google ads, mobile DSPs, TV, direct mail and more.
• Built and scaled a growth engine from scratch: an audience, a paid channel, a creator program, or a community.
• Ability to take something dry (currency conversion, Korean corporate news) and shape it, or direct creators to shape it, into content people actually want to watch and read. 
• Managed external creators, agencies, advisors, or partners. You know how to be creative, hold a quality bar, and get output from people who don't report to you. 
• Growth hacker mentality: you obsess over metrics, love experimentation, and find creative ways to drive outsized results.

Strong nice-to-have

• Language ability or community ties relevant to our launch audiences, and comfort with bilingual, cross-cultural UX. 
• Fintech, brokerage, crypto, or investing experience. A plus, but consumer tech growth chops matter more. 
• Prior experience launching a product in a brand-new category.
• Comfort operating under financial marketing rules.

Compensation Range: $125,000 to $175,000 base + equity options
