Opportunities
Help Us Build the Practice Families Hope to Find.
Build Our Youth Sports Performance Program While Changing the Lives of Children.
At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe movement is about so much more than walking, running, or reaching developmental milestones.
Movement is how children explore.
How they play.
How they build confidence.
How they make friends.
How they keep up with their siblings.
How they return to the game they love.
How they discover what's possible.
Whether it's an infant learning to crawl, a child with cerebral palsy navigating the playground, or a middle school athlete returning to soccer after an ACL injury, our mission is the same:
Help every child participate more fully in the life they want to live.
We're looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist who believes exceptional movement begins with exceptional relationships—and who wants to help build the future of pediatric physical therapy at Chatterbox.
Help Build Something That Doesn't Exist Yet.
Most positions ask you to join an established program.
This one asks you to help create it.
We're investing in a pediatric sports rehabilitation and performance program that combines evidence-based physical therapy with injury prevention, athletic development, movement optimization, and return-to-sport programming for young athletes.
You'll have the opportunity to help shape:
- Sports rehabilitation services
- Return-to-play programming
- Injury prevention programs
- Running and movement analysis
- Speed and agility training
- Strength and conditioning for youth athletes
- Sports performance camps
- Community workshops
- School and youth league partnerships
Your ideas will help define this program from the very beginning.
This isn't simply an opportunity to run someone else's program.
It's an opportunity to help shape what pediatric sports rehabilitation can look like in our community.
If you've ever thought,
"If I could build a pediatric sports program, here's how I'd do it..."
...we want to hear those ideas.

We know we're not the right fit for every clinician—and that's okay.
If you're looking for a place where collaboration is expected, relationships come before productivity, families are true partners, and lifelong learning is part of the culture, we think you'll feel right at home.
If you're looking for a team that values humility, curiosity, service, and excellence, we'd love to meet you.
About Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy
Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is a collaborative outpatient pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families in the Savannah and Pooler communities. Our team provides speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy in an environment designed to help children build the communication, developmental, and functional skills they need to thrive.
At Chatterbox, we believe pediatric therapy is more than a job — it is meaningful work that supports children during some of the most important stages of their development. Our clinicians partner closely with families, caregivers, and other therapists to create individualized, play-based treatment plans that support each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Our clinic was built with the belief that children make the greatest progress when clinicians are supported, respected, and able to collaborate across disciplines. Because of this, we intentionally foster a team culture where therapists can share ideas, learn from one another, and grow professionally.
Our Interdisciplinary Approach
Children rarely develop skills in isolation. Communication, motor development, sensory processing, and feeding often overlap, which is why collaboration between therapy disciplines is central to the way we practice.
Our team includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and feeding specialists who work together to provide coordinated care that supports the whole child.
Clinicians regularly collaborate to share insights, problem-solve challenges, and develop treatment strategies that help children succeed both in therapy and at home.
Our Culture
The culture at Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is guided by our ASPIRE values:
Appreciation
We recognize the dedication and expertise clinicians bring to their work every day.
Service
Children and families are at the center of everything we do.
Professionalism
We maintain high standards for clinical care, documentation, and ethical practice.
Integrity
We make responsible decisions that support the long-term sustainability of our clinic and services.
Respect
Interdisciplinary collaboration and mutual support are foundational to our team.
Empathy
We understand the emotional demands of pediatric care and strive to support one another as colleagues.
These values shape how we care for families, how we collaborate as professionals, and how we build a supportive workplace.
What It’s Like to Work at Chatterbox
We believe clinicians do their best work when they are supported with the time, resources, and environment needed to focus on quality care.
Our clinic is intentionally designed to support clinicians through:
• A collaborative interdisciplinary team
• Sustainable caseload expectations
• Dedicated time for documentation and care planning
• Leadership that understands the realities of pediatric healthcare
• Opportunities to contribute to program development and innovation
We are committed to creating a clinic where therapists can build long-term careers while continuing to grow professionally.
