What You Will Do

• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, Swift, and Kotlin to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve patient access to care.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Integrate backend services built with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL to support mobile application functionality.
• Utilize TypeScript and Next.js for seamless frontend development and optimization.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in mobile software development, with a strong focus on React, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation and Benefits
