About the Role
We're hiring a Founding Operator to help scale a fast-growing AI startup transforming the $1.5 trillion insurance brokerage industry.
This is a highly strategic, high-autonomy role working directly alongside company leadership on the most critical and ambiguous problems across operations, GTM strategy, enterprise deployments, customer growth, and AI-enabled workflows.
You'll operate as a true utility player inside the business — solving urgent strategic problems, building scalable operational systems, supporting enterprise customers, and helping leadership execute rapidly in a high-growth startup environment.

What You'll Do
Strategic Operations & Executive Support
- Own high-priority strategic initiatives across pricing, commercial strategy, and operational execution
- Build executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic narratives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across:
- Account health
- Retention
- Expansion
- Revenue performance
- GTM effectiveness
- Help leadership drive operational clarity in fast-moving and ambiguous situations
Customer & GTM Operations
- Support enterprise customer deployments and onboarding initiatives
- Partner with Customer Success teams on implementation and operational execution
- Build and optimize GTM workflows, outbound systems, and renewal motions
- Develop internal reporting infrastructure and operational dashboards
AI Workflow Development
- Build AI-powered workflows, prompts, automations, and internal operational agents
- Use frontier AI models such as GPT and Claude to compress manual operational work
- Help define how AI-native systems operate across the organization
- Improve operational speed and efficiency through intelligent automation
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work directly with leadership on company-critical initiatives
- Collaborate across operations, customer success, strategy, and GTM teams
- Operate independently with significant ownership and autonomy
- Ship high-quality outcomes quickly in fast-paced startup environments
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience at:
- McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (McKinsey strongly preferred)
- Elite boutique investment banks
- Bulge-bracket investment banks
- Experience within:
- M&A
- ECM
- Strategic consulting
- GTM strategy
- Business operations
- Experience producing board-quality deliverables and executive materials
- Strong financial modeling and pricing analysis experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university required
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced financial modeling abilities
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Executive-level written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong operational and strategic thinking capabilities
AI & Systems Mindset
- Active daily user of frontier AI models such as:
- Experience restructuring workflows around AI tooling
