We are looking for :
We're looking for a Founding Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, particularly within B2B or complex product environments. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting and have a track record of translating complex workflows into simple, elegant, and visually polished user experiences. Bonus points if you have experience working directly with founders and have a design portfolio that showcases both strong systems thinking and a consumer-grade aesthetic.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire product design process from user journeys and problem framing to high-fidelity UI/UX and visual design.
- Take ownership of the product's look and feel, driving the creation of a cohesive and scalable design system.
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineers to translate customer feedback and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
- Design and prototype solutions for complex insurance workflows, simplifying them for users.
- Lead the definition and nurturing of the design culture at FurtherAI from the ground up.
- Collaborate directly with sales and customer success to establish and refine the product feedback loop.
