What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and React to enhance user experience.
• Develop backend services with Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data handling.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–10 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency in backend development using Go and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, and tools like Terraform and Docker.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred

• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design principles.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Compensation and Benefits
