Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) | Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 base, OTE $300K–$500K (uncapped) + equity | H-1B/O-1 supported

The Role

This is the first sales hire. You'll build and own the entire sales motion for a healthcare AI infrastructure company — a highly consultative, relationship-driven role selling into hospitals, clinics, and AI labs.

What You'll Do

  • Build the sales function from scratch: playbook, pipeline, processes, and tooling
  • Run a consultative sales cycle with hospital executives, clinical leads, and procurement teams
  • Close deals ranging from $5K–$100K/month with sales cycles up to one month
  • Travel for in-person relationship building and client engagement
  • Work directly with the founding team on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
  • Deep existing relationships with hospital systems, specialty clinics, or AI labs
  • Proven experience selling into healthcare organizations
  • Willingness to travel and build relationships in person
  • Comfort building a sales motion from zero
