The Role
This is the first sales hire. You'll build and own the entire sales motion for a healthcare AI infrastructure company — a highly consultative, relationship-driven role selling into hospitals, clinics, and AI labs.
What You'll Do
- Build the sales function from scratch: playbook, pipeline, processes, and tooling
- Run a consultative sales cycle with hospital executives, clinical leads, and procurement teams
- Close deals ranging from $5K–$100K/month with sales cycles up to one month
- Travel for in-person relationship building and client engagement
- Work directly with the founding team on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
- Deep existing relationships with hospital systems, specialty clinics, or AI labs
- Proven experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Willingness to travel and build relationships in person
- Comfort building a sales motion from zero
