Your Day-to-Day - Youll own the full sales funnel

Prospecting: Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and HubSpot Cold calls / LinkedIn / Email outreach: Personalized outreach to ICP personas Discovery: Deep discovery calls, understanding their landing page setup, paid campaigns, current CRO workflows Consultative demo: Run product demos with real use cases and landing page reviews Objection handling and closing: Create processes and scripts to handle objections. CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting: Build and maintain a qualified accounts and prospects pipeline Product Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product to improve sales playbook Marketing Pitch Refinement and Feedback: Collect customer insights to refine pitch, product positioning, and GTM strategy

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years in B2B SaaS Sales (ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or CRO space)
  • Previous experience closing $10k-$100k ACV deals
  • Youve sold to mid-size or enterprise brands (not just SMBs)
  • You are curious, coachable, and insanely driven to win
  • You have a bias for action and get sh*t done without waiting for hand-holding
  • You understand performance marketers, or are willing to go deep and get there

Bonus: Traits That Stand Out

  • Background in selling CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Mutiny, etc.)
  • Experience with personalization, A/B testing, or growth experimentation tools
  • Worked in/with marketing agencies or in performance/growth teams
