What You Will Do
Design and develop robust applications using Django and PostgreSQL for backend services.
Build interactive user interfaces with TypeScript and React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and Slack to streamline development processes.
Implement authentication solutions using Clerk and integrate ATS/HRIS functionalities with Merge.dev.
Optimize application performance and reliability hosted on Render and Vercel.
Utilize AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT to enhance development workflows.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of scalable systems while mentoring junior engineers.
Ideal Candidate Background
5–10 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong focus on Django and PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
Experience with AI tooling and integrations in development processes.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Graphite and Linear.
Familiarity with enterprise-level B2B solutions and fintech applications.
Compensation and Benefits
