Maintenance Technician / Future Maintenance Manager$32–$38/hr

Experienced industrial maintenance pro with electrical experience needed to work alongside our current Maintenance Manager and grow into the role. Foundry, furnace, or heavy industrial background preferred.

Maintenance Assistant$25–$28/hr.

Hands-on maintenance support role. Must have electrical experience and mechanical aptitude. Great opportunity to learn foundry equipment while supporting repairs and PMs.

Senior Welder$27/hr.

Experienced TIG welder (stainless preferred) for assembly, pipe, and repair welding. Must read drawings and work with limited supervision.

Experienced Welder$23–$25/hr.

Solid MIG/TIG/Stick welder for assembly and repair work in a fast-paced foundry setting.

Melt Team Lead~$26/hr.+

Lead a small melt team in a foundry environment. Induction furnace and molten metal handling experience strongly preferred.

Induction Furnace Operator$20–$24/hr.

Dependable candidate to support furnace operations. Prior foundry/furnace experience a plus — will train the right person.
