Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, student-centered educator who will play a vital role in delivering rigorous, evidence-based instruction and supporting student success within a specialized learning environment. Roles & Performance Expectations

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing dyslexia training (CALT/CALP pathway)

Student Support & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Implement instructional accommodations (not write IEPs) and supports aligned to IEPs, 504 Plans, and intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with SPED staff, interventionists, and leadership to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required for student services and compliance
  • Participate in meetings related to student progress and support plans, as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday (schedule aligns to local school district calendar)

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching preferred but not required for strong candidates. Preferred candidate with a strong background in teaching elementary Math.

Certification: Teaching certification preferred OR eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months
