Key Responsibilities
High-Engagement Instruction: Plan and deliver dynamic, standards-based lessons using research-backed, high-engagement strategies (e.g., hands-on learning, cooperative grouping, inquiry-based discussions) that motivate 4th graders.
Data-Driven Instruction: Regularly analyze formative and summative data to diagnose student needs, differentiate instruction, measure growth, and target interventions or extensions effectively.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with colleagues and special educators to review student performance align curriculum resources and instructional strategies.
Community & Family Engagement: Maintain open, positive communication with parents and families regarding student progress, leveraging our community''s strong support system.
Classroom Culture: Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment rooted in mutual respect, clear routines, and high expectations.
