Job title: FP&A Analyst

Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

The role:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Americas region

  • Preparing accurate financial reports and analysing performance, including variance and trend analysis

  • Providing insight on financial performance to support decision-making and improve business outcomes

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to contribute to business reviews and performance commentary

  • Enhancing financial models, tools and processes to improve analysis and data accuracy

  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives and responding to ad hoc financial queries

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Degree in accounting, finance or a related field

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and analysis techniques

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders

  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
