Job Details

Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning & Analysis
○ Build and maintain financial models, including pricing models, margin analysis, and forecasting
○ Analyze business performance across revenue-based and operational (e.g., square footage) margins
○ Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Strategic Business Partnering
○ Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to guide pricing strategy and business decisions
○ Evaluate profitability scenarios and recommend the most effective business models
○ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and growth strategy
• Reporting & Data Transformation
○ Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal leadership and private equity stakeholders
○ Aggregate and streamline data from multiple systems (QuickBooks, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)
○ Build dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility and decision-making
• Storytelling & Communication
○ Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
○ Present findings to department leaders and executive leadership
○ Help “connect the dots” across departments to tell the story behind the numbers
• Operational & Process Improvement
○ Identify gaps in current processes and help build scalable FP&A infrastructure
○ Support monthly spend tracking, commissions reporting, and audit/tax-related analysis as needed
