Job Details

What You'll Do

Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable commentary
Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making
Track KPIs and performance metrics across the LAX operation
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for senior finance leadership
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–4 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP or planning tools a plus
Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear narratives
Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally dynamic environment
Aviation, logistics, or multi-site operations experience a plus — but not required
