FP&A Analyst | $75,000 - $100,000 | Elkhart, IN
An established company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to assist with budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and financial planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and reporting tools
- Analyze financial data and business performance
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist with strategic planning efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with reporting software and ERP systems preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
