Description

We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making across the organization while delivering clear, solutions-oriented insights to senior leadership. This role is well-suited for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful stories and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll work in a people-first, performance-driven culture where ideas are valued, accountability matters, and finance plays a direct role in shaping how the  business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, and key business drivers.
• Support financial modeling and analysis for business cases, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to understand performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare dashboards, financial reports, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the ongoing improvement of FP&A tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and insight.
• Support leadership with commission calculations, reporting, and statements.
• Partner with Payroll to track and coordinate special compensation arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to maintain oversight of accounts receivable and related reporting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems and planning tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and follow-through.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience within the automotive industry is a plus.
