GENERAL SUMMARY
The FP&A Analyst will support strategic financial planning analysis and decision-making in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in public accounting investment banking consulting transaction advisory or similar analytical finance roles who are eager to apply strong modeling and analytical skills within an operating company.
The role partners closely with Finance Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders with exposure to senior leadership and M&A-related initiatives.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Corporate Finance Analyst Accounting roles with strong analytical exposure
- Investment Banking Analyst
- Consulting Analyst
- Transaction Advisory Analyst or Valuation Analyst
- Experience in fast-paced client-driven or stakeholder-heavy environments
EXPERIENCE & HARD REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of professional experience in analytical finance consulting or transaction advisory role
- Hands-on experience with financial or accounting analysis modeling and valuation
- Experience working in fast-paced deadline-driven or stakeholder-driven environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency
CORE SKILLS TOOLS & TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
- Financial modeling valuation and scenario analysis
- Financial statement and accounting analysis
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to independently solve open-ended complex problems using data
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree required
- Finance Accounting Economics or Business preferred
