  • Life insurance, STD and LTD coverage
  • Generous paid time off, plus a paid day off for your birthday
  • Parental leave and family-friendly policies
  • Group-wide travel discounts

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including the annual planning, forecasting and strategic planning processes (e.g., long-range planning).
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline existing processes, improve efficiency and enhance decision-making across the FP&A function.
  • Develop actionable insights into the key drivers of business performance and deliver forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead FP&A reporting for the parent company by consolidating financial results, business insights and executive-level commentary.
  • Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting, dashboards and analytical insights.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
