We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business.Opportunity Overview Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities.Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle; partner with department leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models.Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability.Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements.Support quarter‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.All About You • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).• 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects.We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $82,100 - $131,300.
