Role Summary: 
  • We are seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to serve as a strategic finance partner supporting technology leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • This role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, technology investment analysis, budgeting, and operational decision support.
  •  The consultant will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate IT spending, assess return on investment, improve financial visibility, and develop meaningful reporting and analytics.
  • Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to influence decisions through data driven insights.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Partner with executive leadership and technology teams to analyze IT spending, capital investments, asset management activities, and ROI initiatives
  • Perform month end financial reviews, variance analysis, and reporting to support accurate financial results and forecasting
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance monthly management reporting packages, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Provide financial guidance on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, staffing investments, software licensing, and capital expenditures
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, cost savings initiatives, and operational efficiencies across technology functions
  • Support annual budgeting processes, audit requests, financial policy interpretation, and business planning activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance trends and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial objectives
  • Lead the development of forward looking analytics and reporting that improve visibility into business drivers and profitability 

Key Requirements:
  •  5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or strategic finance roles
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field
  •  MBA preferred
  •  Experience supporting technology organizations, technology spending, IT finance, or technology investment planning
  •  Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
  •  Experience building dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks using both financial and operational data
  • Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and related financial systems
  •  Ability to evaluate ROI, profitability drivers, capital investments, and business performance trends
  •  Strong business acumen with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives
  •  Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision making through financial insights
  •  Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
