Business Planning & Analysis Manager – Manufacturing 
Pay: $45-50 /HR

Location : Fort Worth, TX (onsite)

Duration : 12 months (possibility to convert to FTE)
 

We foster an inclusive culture and are seeking diverse, talented individuals to join our team. As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.

What You'll Do

A typical day in this role includes:

• Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision making.

• Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.

• Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.

• Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.

• Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.

• Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.

• Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.

• Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.

• Participating in special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS +13 yrs; Associate +9 yrs; MS +2 yrs; PhD +0 yrs).

• Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in English.

• 5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.

• CPA preferred.

• Strong proficiency with financial systems and ability to retrieve cost information at a granular level.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, Alteryx, and internal systems.

• Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.

• Problem solving mindset with a passion for simplification.

• Demonstrated success working in a multinational, matrixed organization.

• Ability to perform in a demanding, resource constrained environment.

• Proven track record of achieving results.
