Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five finance and accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• 
  
• Direct the global budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization
• 
  
• Oversee cost accounting activities including manufacturing variances, inventory reporting, margin analysis, and operational performance metrics
• 
  
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support product costing, pricing strategies, capital investments, and new product development initiatives
• 
  
• Develop and present executive and board-level financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and strategic analyses to support business decision-making
• 
  

Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:

• 
  
• 7+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience with strong analytical and business partnering skills
• 
  
• Prior leadership experience and exposure to cost accounting required; manufacturing industry experience preferred
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•
