Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager:

• 
  
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• 
  
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights related to product costing, pricing, capital investments, and business initiatives
• 
  
• Oversee cost accounting, manufacturing variances, inventory reporting, and project accounting activities
• 
  
• Develop executive and board-level reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and financial presentations
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process improvements across the organization
• 
  

Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• 
  
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, and ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable
