Role Overview
Navia Benefit Solutions is seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to join a high-growth, sponsor-backed organization at a pivotal stage of evolution. As a recent Shore Capital platform investment within the Employee Benefits TPA space, Navia is actively scaling its capabilities and building the financial infrastructure required to support rapid expansion and long-term value creation.
This is a highly visible, newly created role with the opportunity to shape and lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will serve as a key finance leader—owning forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics—while acting as a strategic partner to executive and functional leaders across the business.
The role blends hands-on analytical rigor with forward-looking business insight. You will play a critical part in driving growth, enhancing operational performance, and informing decision-making in a dynamic, private equity-backed environment.
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability settings, brings strong intellectual curiosity and sound judgment, and excels at translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Our mission is simple: create better lives by delivering a seamless, exceptional benefits experience through intuitive technology and high-touch service. If you are passionate about service, driven to improve how benefits work, and excited to be part of an inclusive, forward-thinking team, you will fit right in.
