Description

We are supporting our client on a search for an FP&A Manager who will be the financial backbone of a fast-growing company. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat reporting to the CFO with direct exposure to the leadership team and board.

You will work hybrid out of a great NYC office three days per week. We are open to senior FP&A analysts ready to step up, strategic finance leads from high-growth companies, and former bankers or consultants who want to go in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly forecasting and quarterly re-forecast process
  • Build and maintain the three-statement operating model
  • Partner with department leaders on budgets, headcount planning, and variance analysis
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and lender reporting
  • Drive month-end close partnership with accounting on flux analysis
  • Build SaaS and unit-economics dashboards and KPIs
  • Lead annual budget planning and long-range planning cycles
  • Mentor analysts and own knowledge transfer across the team

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance experience
  • Mastery of Excel and three-statement modeling
  • Comfort with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with executive presence
  • Hybrid presence in the NYC office three days per week
  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or related; MBA or CPA a plus
