Description
We are supporting our client on a search for an FP&A Manager who will be the financial backbone of a fast-growing company. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat reporting to the CFO with direct exposure to the leadership team and board.
You will work hybrid out of a great NYC office three days per week. We are open to senior FP&A analysts ready to step up, strategic finance leads from high-growth companies, and former bankers or consultants who want to go in-house.
Responsibilities
Own the monthly forecasting and quarterly re-forecast process
Build and maintain the three-statement operating model
Partner with department leaders on budgets, headcount planning, and variance analysis
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and lender reporting
Drive month-end close partnership with accounting on flux analysis
Build SaaS and unit-economics dashboards and KPIs
Lead annual budget planning and long-range planning cycles
Mentor analysts and own knowledge transfer across the team
Requirements
5 plus years of FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance experience
Mastery of Excel and three-statement modeling
Comfort with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
Strong written and verbal communication, with executive presence
Hybrid presence in the NYC office three days per week
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or related; MBA or CPA a plus
